I feel justified to present you the situation that I encountered with Btc-e scam dot com.
I`ve transferred 110 FTC to my account 3 days ago (see this: http://s21.postimg.org/vwarnvng7/Transfer.jpg and this as proof of the correct address : http://s17.postimg.org/ujm57d1z3/Adress.jpg ). After a day I was not credited so I gave them a “tip”. Besides the fact that my problem was not solved to this day all I`ve got was a totally unprofessional response from a “team” that makes a lot of money from me..and you ( response here: http://s14.postimg.org/styuyjybl/Response.jpg ).
So, no regards btc-e scam dot com team . Buy something useful from my one day work. Cheesy

I created my btc-e.com account just over a week ago. However, every time I attempt to withdraw coins from my btc-e account, the page reads ‘invalid one-time password’. This is a lie, I have proof – I’ve used the same password for all of my many wallets. I sent them more than one email, and I’m yet to receive a response. Please advise.

        • james says:

Dude “invalid one-time password” means you have activated 2 Auth On your account, Use google authenticator to get the number

      • Minh Duc Ngo says:

I transferred some btcs to my Wallet. But BTC-E changed my BTC address and sent a confirmation email. Without a review I clicked on the link to confirm the transaction, and the BTC is gone to another wallet instead of mine.

        Bad experience with BTC-E

    2. Un-retarded says:

Show us a screenshot of the transactions page of your client, with the amount of confirmations next to that 110 FTC transaction. You have so far failed at repeated attempts to verify the confirmation number on bitcointalk.org.

    3. Rej says:

      Hello.

I’ve recently made TWO wire transfer deposits to BTC-e over a month ago but I’ve yet to see funds in my account.I contacted support and they said that their bank couldn’t tell to whom to credit the funds. They had all the info they needed to credit my account but they didn’t do it and I doubt I’ll ever see those deposits in my account. And now I learn they switched banks? So I sent funds to the wrong freakin’ bank?So what now?
I guess that $1200 I sent is LOST now.Support is TOTALLY unsupportive. That’s AN EXCELLENT WAY to attract new clients,eh?

This is exactly why I am going to start my own exchange. if BTC-e.com isn’t a scam, it sure as hell is inept and pays no attention to customer satisfaction.

    4. Chase says:

Yeah, I unfortunately deposited $2,000 two weeks ago. I sent numerous emails to them, and only got one response back, which asked me to take a screenshot of the transfer. I scanned a copy of the wire and sent it to them, and continues with the emails. Then yesterday I got emails saying all of my tickets were being closed, even though nothing has been resolved. They don’t have a phone number to call, and their one email was one sentence, providing no help whatsoever. Be wary of these guys.

    5. George Bou Khalil says:

I have the exact same issue as Chase

    6. mario says:

      Beware They scamming selectively

    7. Un-stupid says:

BTC-e is quite obviously manipulating the price of Novacoin, which is understandable since the Novacoin team gave them 100,000 premined NVC to host the coin on their exchange… when no pre-mining was supposed to have happened. No need to wonder why NVC is $20 on BTC-e pumped up with 0.1 bids. That place is ridiculous.

    8. shermablanca says:

On November 18, 2013, I initiated an international wire transfer for over $2000 USD from a US bank to BTC-e.com’s beneficiary. It was confirmed as received on 11/20/13.

See my screenshot of the international wire instructions here. http://i.imgur.com/d9Um28z.png

Notice that it said that funds will be credited within 3-7 days. Had they actually lived up to this, I would have got in on LTC, my intended investment, at around $12, max. It was $4 when I initiated the wire.

Today, 11/28, it is flirting with $45. I lost out on many thousands of dollars. And where is my money? They are not responding to the ticket I submitted. There is no direct link to communicate with them other than their ticket system.

Why are they just sitting on my funds? Why is it not on my account?

    9. anon431 says:

Beware putting your money into BTC-e. They put a withdrawal hold on your account for 30 days. Even if you send them your account verification information their support never responds to them and verifies your account.

    10. Bastiaan says:

BTC-e.com is not responding to my messages concerning a deposit of 500 euros that got “lost”. Beware of these guys! It’s a total scam!

    11. Max says:

They steal 38btc from my account, and told me that some hacked my pc and copy my session, but in
payoff not my ip, they give me different ip and there was no any confirmation in my email, I also have sms confirm to log to my email adress

Also they don’t want to speak in skype and the ban me in chat

Bevare this is a scam place

Everyone is being ripped off in big amounts, but not little ones. A lot of little ones add up too.

For instance, the ltc wallet is really crap to use when you mine from pools that effectively send you dust. So I wanted to send 1.11 ltc to btc-e to add to my very measly amounts. The transaction eventually came to reduce my amount ti just under 0.1 ltc. It never arrives in the wallet as they say there is a 0.1 ltc limit. OK.. hopefully it sits there waiting for the next time I send an amount so it will be over the 0.1 ltc. As I only run 1 single 5850 that takes me a day or so to get. I send it, and only THAT 0.1 ltc amount arrives.

I open a request to ask about it.

“Min desposit 0.1ltc.” — that is it.

So if large number people accidentally send under the limit that is a fair whack of free damn coins.

And then to be told nothing.. when there should be every ability to resolve this equitably seeing as *I* paid the god damned transaction fees.. these place should burn. they may not be 100% scammers, but they are 100% a useless company that has absolutely no moral guidelines, stemming from the SR trade no doubt and profit owns all of their ethics.

    13. Alex says:

I deposited 10,000 USD 20 days ago by international wire and have sent all tracking information I have and have opened 3 tickets which they consistently keep closing saying “Give us more time.” Their site says 7-10 days, but it has been a month.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea how they are one of the biggest markets, stick with a more reputable exchange.

    14. Freebitcoins2014 says:

Holy Crap BTC-E really knows what they are doing. Watch out people I just got hacked and lost almost 5000 XPMS. Someone just gained access to my account and converted them all to BTC and withdrew them out bypassing all confirmations and security protocol. Now I have nothing and what are they going to do about it? Nadda! How could their be no successful login authorization email or confirmation email for the deposite? Seems like an internal operation. Watch out guys, my advise is to use another site, BTC-e will fuck you and take it all. Dont be a fool and use a different exchange!

Hey yeah just got hacked as well lost my 1btc its friggen 1 btc and no support sick of this its been happening to alot of people we need to rally together and really put the hate on these guys what say you

    17. mike says:

I have lost about $3,500. I asked for my funds to be transferred back to me but they never arrived. BTC-E will not answer my about 20 support tickets in any meaningful way. There is no phone number or chat line to contact. The support ticket links don’t work with my login details. I suggest for everyone who has lost money to contact their local police fraud department and the domain registrar to have these people shut down. Name btc-e.com
